Throughout the site you will see the Respect score against each member profile.
The respect score shows you how much of a benefit each member is to the community
and reflects how active they are.
You get:
2 points each time you post a forum thread, forum answer, blog or leave a message in a friends scrapbook
10 points for each "Thumbs Up" vote you receive for a post. (Obviously you can't vote for yourself !☺)
Respect is calculated as follows:
Total of all posts (Forum threads, Answers, Blogs and Scraps) * 2
+ Total "Thumbs Up" votes * 10
/ Total days as a site member
If you are a new site member, your Respect score will take 3 days to start registering
